Magnetic V-blocks are hardened and high-precision clamping fixtures with a strong magnetic holding force. They are suitable for grinding, light milling, drilling, and inspection of round and square workpieces. All working surfaces are hardened to HRC 60 ±2. The magnetic force acts on the top and bottom surfaces as well as on the two V-grooves. The top V-groove is designed for clamping larger shafts, while the bottom V-groove is intended for smaller shafts. The V-blocks are suitable for use on both cast iron and granite surface plates.
